Any hyperlinks provided on the site are safe and secure as we perceive however on leaving our site we will not be liable for any security breaches or infringements that may occur on downloading software. Opening hours

Support will be offered between 8am and 10pm Mon-Sunday from the 'ask a question'. Any requests made after 9pm may be dealt with as a priority the next day.

Breaks in the service

Limitations may occur that prevent the 'ask a question' service; we will endeavour to ensure that a reasonable and reliable service is available.

Calls

We cannot be held liable for a break in the service if incorrect contact information is provided to us allowing for the call back from an adviser should further information be required.

We may monitor and record all calls made out to our customers for training purposes and to ensure excellent customer service.
