Connect the RJ-11 cable to the socket seen just adjacent to the power supply socket.
STEP 3
Connect the opposite end of the RJ-11cable to the little square-shaped filter socket.

Connect the phone line (if any) to the other square-shaped socket in the filter, and then connect the filter to a close by phone socket.
STEP 5
Now, connect the RJ-45 Ethernet cable into the RED socket on the router.
STEP 6
Connect the opposite end of the RJ-45 cable to your computer's Ethernet socket on the CPU's back.

Now, you have to configure the router to enable the internet connection.

For this, first, open a web browser, type 192. 168.1.1 in the address bar and then press ENTER.
STEP 8

STEP 11
In the top of the new page, enter your username and password in the Connection login and Connection password boxes respectively, and then click Validate.

Note: Enter the username in lower case and do not forget to add "@fs" at your username's end. For instance, faq.orange.co.uk@fs.
STEP 12
After a couple of seconds, verify the lights on your router. If you see that the "@" light is steady, then your internet connection is ready for browsing.
