STEP 1
The file parsing error in the RealPlayer is a known bug which is commonly known as "buffer overrun" bug. This bug was fixed by improving the file parsing. However, if you are encountering this error, be sure to update your software to the newest version so as to be updated with all the necessary bug fixes available.
STEP 2
If you have your RealPlayer installed, you can update the software by using the RealPlayer AutoUpdate service for windows and Mac.
STEP 3
You can also use the manual update by going to Tools>check for update and select the box next to the real media file format update.
STEP 4
Click the install button and download and install the updates.

STEP 5
You can also download the most recent version of the software by going to their site.
