Error 3035 6 means that the auto-protect functionality of your Norton Anti virus is off. Hence it is not safe to use your machine and go to the internet at the moment.
To fix this issue, start with your machine or computer first and make sure you have the correct date and time.
Secondly, make sure to run all the Live Updates for your Norton Antivirus.
If this doesn't work, try to uninstall your current Norton software. Go to start then click on Control Panel.
From Control Panel, select Add/Remove Programs then look for your Norton/Symantec Program. Right Click on it then select uninstall. Restart your computer afterwards.
Reinstall your Norton antivirus using your CD or through your Internet Provider.
