Active MSN Plugin to Display Song on iTunes
The following steps will explain how you can display the song that you are currently listening to in your MSN status.
STEP 1
Open Windows Live Messenger and login to your account.
STEP 2
Go to the More Options menu from under your profile name and select the Show Information about the songs I’m Listening To to activate the feature.
STEP 3
Make sure that Windows media player or any other player is not running (even in the background) whenever you want to use the feature. You can use Task Manager to end the Windows Media player process in case if it is running. You may need to restart you computer for it to work.
STEP 4
Right Click on the taskbar and select the Start task manager to open it.
STEP 5
Right click on the process that you want to end and click on the end process tree to stop a particular process.
